The Woodruff Annex
The DeWitt District Library's (DDL) Woodruff Annex provides an opportunity for bringing together resources of the library and the activities of the community for educational, cultural, civic and charitable purposes. This space is not available for purely social occasions.
ABOUT THE WOODRUFF ANNEX
- This meeting room is available to any individual, group or organization for cultural, informational, or educational purposes with an active DDL card that is in good standing. Municipalities are not required to have an active DDL card.
- The room is available only during the Library's hours of operation and must be vacated 15 minutes before the Library closes.
- Maximum occupancy is 25.
- Reservations must be made by an adult 18 years or older and individuals younger than 18 must have an adult in the Annex Room at all times during use.
- Library staff and library programs have first priority usage of this meeting room.

WOODRUFF ANNEX RESERVATION INFORMATION
- DDL accepts applications for the Annex a minimum of 7 days in advance of use but not more than two months prior to the scheduled use.
- Applications are approved on a first-come first-served basis.
- Annex room users must agree to follow the library’s Patron Behavior Policy while using the space and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the room or its furnishings.
